Hello and welcome to my cozy home micro bakery! My name is Ashlyn and I am so thrilled you are here! My ultimate Goal is to fill your home with warm handmade Sourdough and delicious baked goods. Baking has always been something that made me feel excited, it meant seeing friends or family or just having something to enjoy on a quiet day. At summers baking company I hope that with every bite you are able to find a place that fills you with comfort and joy. I hope that with every cookie it puts a smile on your face. We are a small at home bakery following cottage law. With that being said please note that our kitchen is not inspected but our commitment to hygiene and quality is our highest standard. Our process aligns with Michigan's Cottage Food Laws, ensuring the creation of safe and delicious baked goods.

Please look for our Cottage Food Verified sticker located on all of our products. This indicates compliance with Michigan regulations, from ingredient sourcing to packaging.

Ordering Information

All sourdough, cookie orders MUST be placed 48 hours in advance.

All cake orders MUST be placed 2 weeks prior for sizing, flavor and pricing consultation.

All orders MUST be placed directly with me through social media or email.

Payment is required day of pickup, no earlier.

We take cash, check, and card.
